We Now Have a Private Meeting Room at Alere

Starting today, Alere has a private, fully equipped room for your work meetings, presentations and video calls. Included in your membership or available for external guests.

A space our community asked for

Since we opened Alere, one of the most frequent requests from our member community was to have a more private space for meetings, client calls or video calls without interruptions. We listened, and today that space is a reality. Alere's Private Meeting Room is designed so you can work with focus, privacy and the warm atmosphere that defines us.

What does the room include?

The room is equipped with a high-definition screen, independent high-speed WiFi and comfortable space for up to 4 people. The atmosphere is professional yet warm · designed so that both you and your guests feel at ease from the very first moment. And of course, Alere's specialty coffee is always available to accompany your sessions.

How does it work for members?

If you have an active Alere membership, you already have included hours each day: Plan Brisa includes 1 hour, Plan Búsqueda 2 hours and Plan Raíz 4 hours. Additional hours cost $150/hr. Hours are per day and non-accumulative, so we recommend planning your sessions in advance. Plan Semilla members can also use the room at $150/hr.

Open to external guests too

You don't need to be a member to book the room. External guests are welcome with a minimum spend of $360 per session and $180 per additional hour. It's an ideal option if you need a professional space in Colonia Americana for a one-off meeting, a client presentation or a team work session outside the office.

How to book?

Book your space at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp or directly with the team at the counter. If you need to cancel, do so at least 4 hours before at no cost; late cancellations consume the included hour for the day. The maximum duration per session is 4 hours, for both members and external guests. We look forward to seeing you!
