Charged at the close of the event
Tell us the date, the venue, how many guests and the schedule. We send a proposal with the package that fits best.
A 50% deposit blocks the day. The balance is settled on the day of the event, before service starts.
Five days ahead we confirm the menu, setup time, exact location and on-site contact.
We arrive an hour early. We set up, serve and pack down. You just enjoy your event.

The bar setup, Alere baristas, ingredients, disposables, setup, pack-down, travel within Guadalajara and Zapopan, and one house walnut cookie with every drink.
Travel is included within Guadalajara and Zapopan. Tlaquepaque, Tonalá, Tlajomulco, El Salto, Chapala and out-of-town events over 40 kilometres carry a travel fee quoted separately, and out-of-town service adds tolls.
Three hours for the Básico, Deluxe and Frappés packages, and four hours for Alere Signature. Hours start from the agreed bar opening time, and extra hours can be added.
A bar space of 2 × 1 metres, a 110v power outlet nearby, access to set up one hour ahead, and a covered area if the event is outdoors.
