About this event
Join us for a night dedicated to specialty coffee. In this guided tasting, you'll explore different origins, preparation methods and flavor profiles alongside our barista team.
You'll learn to identify flavor notes, understand what makes a coffee 'specialty', and discover which profile suits you best. All in the warm, relaxed atmosphere of Alere.
At the end of the experience, you'll take home a 250g bag of your favorite bean of the night to prepare at home.
What you'll experience
- Tasting of 4 single-origin coffees (Chiapas, Oaxaca, Veracruz, Colombia)
- Demonstration of 3 preparation methods (V60, Aeropress, French Press)
- Paired with artisan bakery from the house
- 250g bag of specialty coffee to take home
