It all starts with the bean

At Alere we work exclusively with specialty coffee, selected for its unique flavor profile. Each batch goes through a rigorous cupping process before reaching your cup. Our beans come from farms in Chiapas, Oaxaca and Veracruz, where producers care for every detail of cultivation and processing. This direct relationship with the origin allows us to guarantee freshness, traceability and exceptional flavor in every preparation.

The art of preparation

Every barista at Alere goes through weeks of training before preparing their first drink for a customer. From water temperature to milk texture, every variable is carefully calibrated. Our preparation methods include espresso, pour over, cold brew and immersion methods, each chosen to highlight the best qualities of each bean.

Drinks that tell stories

Our specialty drinks menu changes with the seasons. In winter, you'll find warm preparations with spices like cinnamon and cardamom. In summer, we create refreshing cold brews infused with seasonal fruits. Every drink has a story behind it: an inspiration, a journey, a moment we wanted to capture in flavor.
