At Alere, we believe Sundays deserve their own tempo. That's why every Sunday from 9 AM to 4 PM we open with a special menu designed so you can start the week nourished, calm and in good company. It's not just breakfast: it's an intentional pause to reconnect with what matters, whether it's a long conversation with friends, some solo reading time, or a morning with family.
Chilaquiles: the soul of Mexican brunch
Our chilaquiles are the star of the Sunday menu. Made with crispy tortilla chips bathed in homemade salsa, topped with fresh cheese, red onion and fresh cilantro, served with refried beans and fresh cheese. Choose green, with tomatillo and serrano pepper salsa, or red, with guajillo chili and tomato salsa. And to build your perfect brunch, you can order them plain ($120), with chicken ($150), or with arrachera beef ($180).
Molletes: the classic that never disappoints
If you prefer something lighter, our molletes are the ideal choice. The savory ones feature a crispy bolillo with refried beans, gratin cheese and fresh pico de gallo ($68). The sweet ones are a golden bolillo with butter, served with condensed milk, cajeta, or strawberry jam ($45). They're the perfect complement to your morning coffee.
Specialty coffee to complete the experience
Every dish on the Sunday brunch menu is designed to pair with our specialty coffee. A creamy latte with the chilaquiles, a cappuccino with the sweet molletes, or a cold brew if it's a sunny day. Our full drinks menu is available on Sundays so you can find your perfect pairing.
